Workout Recap

Happy Sunday!!!

Soooo totally forgot to post my workouts last Sunday, fail. I am sure you were all heartbroken.

I don't even know if any one reads them on Sundays, it's more for just keeping myself accountable.

Anywhoooos I am here for my workouts this from this past week!



Monday: 3.0 miles on treadmill
5 x 12 hip adduction (inner thigh)
5 x 12 calf extension
5 x 12 leg extension
5 x 12 hip abduction (glutes)
5 x 12 seated leg curl
50 squats

Tuesday: 3.5 miles on treadmill
100 regular crunches
50 oblique crunches 
2 30 second planks 
3 x 12 donkey kicks (per leg)
3 x 12 fire hydrants (per leg)
3 x 12 kick backs (per leg)

Wednesday: rest

Thursday: 4 miles on treadmill, in which I ran 3.5 STRAIGHT!
5 x 12 chest press 
5 x 12 lat pull down 
5 x 12 tricep press
3 x 12 shoulder raise (front)
3 x 12 shoulder raise (lateral)
3 x 12 tricep extension (dumbbell behind ahead & lift)

Friday:  3.5 on treadmill
5 x 12 hip adduction 
5 x 12 leg press
5 x 12 calf extension 
5 x 12 leg extension
 Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Rest
