Workout recap!

Happy Sunday evening!!

Sorry this is so late, but I was so busy I forgot I hadn't posted! 

As always I'm here to share my workouts from the week! I had a big mike stone on Thursday!!!

Monday: 2.5 miles on treadmill
5 x 12 hip adduction (inner thigh)
5 x 12 seated leg press 
5 x 12 calf extension
5 x 12 seated leg curl
5 x 12 leg extensions
5 x 12 hip abduction (glutes)

Tuesday: I couldn't get to the gym but I still got a little in at home during the Cards Game!
100 squats 
100 regular crunches 
50 bicycle crunches
50 hip raises (lower ab)
2 30 second planks

Wednesday: REST

Thursday: 3.5 miles where 3 WERE NON FREAKING STOP!!!

5 x 12 chest press
5 x 12 lat pull down 
5 x 12 tricep press 
3 x 12 dumbbell shoulder raises (front)
3 x 12 dumbbell shoulder raises (side)

Friday:  rest

Saturday: 3.5 miles on treadmill 
Lots of stretching- D & I had plans so I only got to run

Sunday: 3.5 miles on the treadmill (3 straight miles again!!)
5 x 12 chest press 
5 x 12 row
3 x 12 dumbbell raises(side)
3 x 12 dumbbell raises (front)
5 x 12 tricep press
